A wedding planner should be someone who knows what they are doing

I refused to arrange the wedding for my sister because I did not know anything about wedding planning or what needs to be done in order for a wedding day to be successful. Even though she got mad at me, I told her the truth because I did not want her to have a disastrous wedding and then put the blame on me eventually. I however did not leave it at that but decided to do some research on one some of the best event catering companies in the area that we live in. I was able to get some but then my sister was not contented with any of them, which made matters a bit worse than I expected. I was able to remember a caterer in Nottingham who had organized a wedding for one of my friends and everything turned out to be fantastic, so I gave his details to my sister and told her about him. The good thing is that my sister was able to get in touch with him and he became the event organizer for my sister’s wedding. Every connection that he had with the decorators, the caterers, the tents and chairs arrangement was just perfect. I think that there are jobs which have their own professional people who know how to handle them with care and they do their best to make you happy and be glad that you chose to work with them. My sister’s wedding was marvelous and she loved everything that had been put in place for her special day, she ended up thanking me for not taking part in her silly thoughts of having me as her wedding planner.
