Whoa Bettie! Posted by Shannon

Bettie CompositeI was in a mood… a mood for polka-dots! And then I decided “You know? I want a lace-trimmed pair of leggings!” So, we have “Bettie.” I think it’s a cute & fun, not to mention versatile outfit that you could really do a lot with. Initially I had wanted to do a chunky pearl choker to go with it, but I decided that, despite my recent foray into the world of tiny prims & jewelry, that there were already so very many lovely options for pearls. Or, maybe I’m just lazy, I don’t know!

The outfit comes in four colors, as pictured. Click the preview above to enlarge, but be warned: the image is 1024×1024. What is included in each pack is as follows:

- Long top (jacket layer)
- Regular top (shirt layer)
- Black lace-trimmed leggings (pants layer)
- Polka-dot “glitch pants” to wear under skirt/long babydoll
- Flexi skirt (sits on the waist)
- Flexi babydoll dress
- Flexi babydoll top (meant to be worn over the long top, if desired)
- Scripted color-change polka-dot chunky bangles

Each color pack can be purchased individually for L$200. To allow you to safely modify the prims and not lose the originals, they are packaged mod/copy/no transfer. Please IM me if you want to purchase one as a gift.

Hope you enjoy them - I know I do. ;)

Midlength Silver LocketI’m not - or at least I never have been, yet? - a jewelry maker. I have made a few very simple things which I give away at my shop. This, though, represents my first serious try at jewelry.

I’ve created a locket. It’s modifiable so that you can add your own pictures to it, all you have to do is drop two pictures into the necklace. ;)

It is currently available at my shop in Puea, and here on SLExchange.

Note: I’d like to say a very special thank you to the most talented scripter I’ve ever met - that would be my partner, the absolutely wonderful, adorable, generous, patient, and (hopefully?) forgiving Vortex Saito. The scripts which control the opening and closing of the locket, as well as the scripts which send the inventory pictures to the appropriate prims were created by him. And I am so fired for not having mentioned that. :(
